Weekly Deadlines Cheat Sheet:
Wednesday Morning (starting 9/14): Give Adam a list of players you want to pick up or trade
Wednesday Afternoon: Get an updated Roster Card from Adam (don’t lose it!)
Thursday Morning: Give Adam your lineup for the week.
The league is made of 6 teams. Every week for the first 13 weeks of the NFL regular season, each Fantasy team plays another team in a head-to-head matchup.
Your Fantasy team’s Win / Loss record for the first 13 weeks determines playoff seeding. The tiebreaker is total points scored.
The top 4 seeds go to the Fantasy Playoffs. Seeds 1 vs. 4 and 2 vs. 3 play each other during NFL Week 14, and the championship is Week 15.
Each NFL week starts on Thursday (Week 1 is September 8) and ends after Monday Night Football.
Adam will give every team a Roster Card before Week 1 with their roster list. Don’t lose it!
Turn in your weekly lineup to Adam on Thursday morning before school.
Changes can be made after, but need to be sent to Adam with Facebook Kids Messenger, or to Adam’s parents by text message.
No lineup changes can be made for a player after their game has started.
Each weekly lineup consists of
1 Quarterback
2 Running Backs (RB)
2 Wide Receivers (WR)
1 Tight End (TE)
1 Flex (RB or WR or TE)
1 Kicker
1 Defense
Picking up new players
Make a list of the players or defense that you want to pick up in order of priority (this just means make a list). You need to include a dropped player for each pickup that you list. It doesn't have to be the same position as the player you want to pick up.
Give your list to Adam on Wednesday morning before school, starting after Week 1 ends. Pickups and drops will be processed in reverse standings order, 1 priority at a time.
This just means that if you’re lower in the standings, you’re more likely to get your 1st choice pickup. If you’re higher in the standings, you’re more likely to get your 2nd or 3rd choice.
If nobody else wants the players you want, you might get them all!
Meet Adam after school on Wednesday to get your Roster Card for the week, so you can plan your lineup for Thursday.
If two teams decide to trade players, both teams need to add it to their list. Adam's Dad can reject any trade if it’s clearly unfair. No trades are allowed starting Week 11.
